Kubelyra
A capybara-branded Kubernetes lab appliance you manage from the browser

What it is
Kubelyra is a Kubernetes lab appliance for people who want a cluster to experiment with but do not want to assemble the stack by hand. You install one VM image and manage everything from the browser. It has a capybara mascot holding a Kubernetes wheel, which is the whole mood: a calm place to learn.
It is built from Kairos, Docker, k3d and K3s, Headlamp, and Prometheus. The important architectural choice is that the management console runs outside the lab clusters, so stopping or breaking a cluster never takes the console down with it. The backend is Python and the dashboard is vanilla JavaScript; management state, jobs, authentication, and metric samples are persisted separately from any cluster. Operations are serialized jobs with visible success or failure rather than fire-and-forget.
First boot requires a console pairing code and establishes an administrator. The appliance ships as a bootable ISO built from Kairos, and the initial release is an online lab preview.
